Chapter 1 — General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services operated by Keuhan Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), including the LuniFit application and related services (the "Service"), as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect by being posted within the Service or otherwise notified to users.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, where there is a change in circumstances or a significant business reason.
- When the Company amends these Terms, it will announce the amended Terms, together with the effective date and the reason for the amendment, through a notice within the Service at least seven (7) days before the effective date. Amendments that are unfavorable or significant to users will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance.
- If the Company gives notice under paragraph 3 stating that a user who does not refuse the amendment by the effective date will be deemed to have accepted it, and the user does not expressly refuse by that date, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A user who does not agree may stop using the Service and terminate the use agreement.
Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)
For matters not specified in these Terms, the relevant provisions of applicable laws and regulations shall apply, including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.
Article 4 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- Member: an individual who has entered basic member information and has been granted an ID by entering into a service use agreement with the Company.
- ID: the email address or unique identifier that a member provides through a supported third-party login (Google, Apple, or Kakao) and that the Company approves for member identification and use of the Service.
- Paid Service: a paid feature or subscription offered within the Service and purchased through in-app purchase.
- Termination: the cancellation of the use agreement by the Company or the member.
Chapter 2 — Use Agreement
Article 5 (Application for Use)
- A user may apply for use by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy during the sign-up process and pressing the "OK" (consent) button on the Company's application form.
- Applicants must provide true and accurate information. Sign-up is completed by authenticating through a supported third-party account (Google, Apple, or Kakao).
- A user who provides false or inaccurate information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the Service.
- If member information changes while using the Service, the member must update it without delay. The member is responsible for any consequences arising from failure to update such information.
